Highly qualified employees of the EACO categorize and order the applications that have been sent to our office. Our employees are fully trained art-professionals, focused on spotting the genuine difference between true art and non-art.

We are pleased to help you make sure the piece of work you created can truly be called art. We will provide the needed certification and security for your works of art, to provide aesthetic and monetary security in an uncertain economy.

The certification process

Follow the six steps outlined below and you will receive your certification as soon as we have processed your request.

First step: Fill out the EACO application form.

Print out the EACO Certification application form. Make sure to fill out all of the information form, please don’t forget to sign it. For the EACO to accept your application we require one photograph of the work to be included.

Second step: Send in the form and photograph of the art-work.

If you would like to certify more than one work at the same time, please make sure one application form is filled out for each work. Application forms will not be returned to sender.

Send the completed form, including a photograph of the certifiable work, to our international office at:

Note: Forms that are not completely filled out will not be processed!

Third step: Receive certification payment information.

If your work is eligible to be certified, you will receive payment information and a reference number. Pay the proposed fee. Make sure to provide the correct reference number in your transfer.

Note: Depending on the country you live in, this fee might vary slightly. For more information, please refer to the price tables on the Certification Fee-page.

Step four: Receive certification

When your payment has been processed, we will provide a printed certification with the reference number unique to the specific artwork.

Note: EACO certifications are not transferrable.
