Welcome to the website of the EACO, the official European Art Certification Office. We are organization that provides certification, registration and consulting in the field of the visual arts.

Mission

There is much uncertainty and doubt about what can truly be regarded as art. Our mission is to clarify what is to be considered art, and to clean up the art-scene in the process. We do so by handing out certifications that allow artists to categorize their work as true art.

The EACO has been established in 2009, and has been providing guidelines for the validation and categorization of art to businesses and individuals alike.

Highly qualified employees of the EACO categorize the works that has been sent/brought to our office. These people are fully trained in spotting the different between a true artwork and a non-artwork.
